Hello Sjarel,
as now the Czechs are the most frequent country and cs-language is most used language, there should be also CZ sheriff.
There are many teams which complain that got ban on the SP forum and asked what to do because they don´t speak english at all.
So, I think good idea can be to promoted official czech sheriff to help to these users. (May be not necessary to deal with and give ban at the beginning, just see who and why banned the team)
