I've seen that there aren't so many managers that vote for SP.
What do you think if for 100/200 votes made by a manager, that manager to receive 2 weeks SPFA? Many people would hear about SP and the comunity would expand more rapidly.

I also think some reward should be given to managers who vote on a daily base. I think it shouldn't be too hard to keep track of the people who vote, and if you vote every day for one month long, you get one week SPFA or something..
One month is 30 votes per manager, and a lot of them will want such SPFA I guess...

cause I would be able to greatly increase my ammount of weeks then.. allready have 18 weeks + 1 week for every month of voting

You could make it a promotion act. Something like "every manager who votes every day on ..this site.. in the mont march, will receive two weeks of free SPFA afterwards. Current SPFA members will get the weeks added."
