It is very unfortunate that we cannot give an individual order to the players for the level of aggression they should apply in a game. This leads to the setting of the team aggression according to the players having the highest aggression and decreases the whole team's performance dramatically. Here is my suggestion:
1. We should be able to set the individual aggression of a player like soft-normal-hard tackling options in Football Manager.
2. In order to be able to differentiate between an aggressive player and others, the performance of the individual players can depend on how aggressive they play so this would also affect the total performance of the team. In other words, for a player having high aggression, I can decrease his aggression for a particular game, which would in one hand decrease his chances of getting yellow or red cards, but on the other hand decrease his performance in the match.
This idea is like managers telling their aggressive players not to get any cards in the next game in consideration of an upcoming important game. This event most of the time decreases the performance of the player since they do not play in the style they are used to but prevent them getting cards.
I think this would make the game more realistic.
Giving individual orders to the players for aggression

I respect your opinions but I dont agree with you.
First of all, preventing the improvement of the game for the sake of keeping it difficult does not make any sense to me; yet my suggestion would still keep the game difficult in terms aggression considerations. What makes the game easy is this: Since the unexperienced managers do not know the importance of the player aggression exactly, experienced managers sell the players having high rating but also very high aggression for very high prices and make money easily. No experienced manager would give 6 million to a player having an aggression of 90, but unexperienced managers do. In my opinion making good money within a relatively short time is the thing which makes somebody a good manager. Because the primary thing which affects the team performance is the overall ratings of the players. If you have money, you can buy good players. I havent made any money by selling the players generated from the youth center yet since I started the game about the beginning of september 06. How I have made money until now is buying untrained cheap players for low price and waiting them until they are fully trained and selling them. In the meanwhile, I challenged the teamspirit problem seriously. If you can manage this event well, you can be assumed to be a successful manager. I do not agree that making money by selling the youth players having high aggressions to the unexperienced managers for high prices makes a manager a good one. This kind of behavior is nothing but making use of the lack of knowledge of others. In this point of view, what makes the game easy is just a matter of your level of experience with the game.
Regards.
